FACILITY USE GUIDELINES
Facility Hours
Our facilities are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Session Duration & Fees
- Facility hire fees are based on a 5-hour session, designed to accommodate standard training sessions within this timeframe.
- For training sessions extending beyond the standard 5-hour session, an additional fee of ₦150,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) will apply and must be paid as part of the initial booking payment.
- All sessions must conclude by 6:00 PM, as the facility closes promptly at this time.
Security & Damages Deposit
- A refundable security deposit of ₦100,000 is required prior to the commencement of the session.
- The deposit will be refunded following an inspection of the facility, provided there are no damages or losses attributable to the client or their guests.
Facility Care
- We kindly ask that you treat our facility with the same care and respect you would give your own space.
- Clients are expected to keep the facility clean, neat and orderly throughout their session and leave the space in good condition.

- Secretarial/Administrative Support
- Lunch & Catering Services
- Kitchen Facilities
Food & Beverages
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the training rooms.
- All eating and drinking must take place at the designated Almond Space.
